Terms for use of photos

The terms below comprises all images delivered or downloaded from the Øresund Photo Archive/BridgePhoto. Once you download or order photos you shall be deemed to accept the terms and conditions herein.

Price

Free sample photos can be used free of charge, all other images and the license to use it can be obtained for the price of DKK 850 (Euro 115) Excl. Danish VAT. The payment can not be refunded, even if the image is not used.

Photos can be used free of charge by selected media and press. Please apply for an account.

License

The delivered photos can be used once and only for the purpose originally stated. The photos can be used for any kind of print or digital media.

You are NOT permitted to...

• Redistribute or resell the images to a third part.
• Include the images in your own archive or make it available in any way.
• Use a spider, crawler or other automated tool to download images.

Credit line

When printing or displaying photos always specify the name of the photographer in the credit line. For example: "Photo: Miklos Szabo, Øresundsbron". The photographers name can be found in the photo details for each photo.

Image previews

The low resolution previews offered on the site can be downloaded and used for lay-out purposes only. Do not remove the mark "bridgephoto.dk" from the image.
